Abstract

 Abstrak : Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut para pelaku bisnis khususnya di bidang produk kesehatan dimana salah satunya adalah PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia untuk memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Salah satu tantangannya adalah bagaimana menciptakan keputusan pembelian pelanggan terhadap produk kesehatan yang dijual PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia sehingga pelanggan ingin tetap menggunakan produk PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia dan tidak beralih ketempat lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Word Of Mouth dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesia di Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan dan distributor PT. Kangzen Kenko Indonesiadi Manado berjumlah 953 orang dengan jumlah responden atau sampel sebanyak 91 orang yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Word Of Mouth dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Kangzen Kenko di Manado. Secara parsial Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pelanggan sedangkan Kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Kata kunci : word of mouth, kualitas produk, keputusan pembelian
