Abstract

En el marco del proyecto “PLANEACIÓN AMBIENTAL PARA LA CONSERVACIÓN DE LA BIODIVERSIDAD EN LAS ÁREAS OPERATIVAS DE ECOPETROL”, se llevó a cabo el levantamiento de la información biológica de la ventana de biodiversidad Río Guamués se caracteriza por presentar diferentes unidades ecosistémicas donde se destacan los Páramos Azonales asociados a Bosques Altoandinos del área de confluencia andino-amazónica en el Sur de Colombia. Para la realización del inventario de esta ventana, se llevó a cabo una salida de campo entre el 13 y 22 de septiembre del 2014, durante estos días los investigadores realizaron muestreos para plantas leñosas, aves, mamíferos, reptiles y anfibios. La base de datos corresponde a las muestras de tejidos colectadas y contiene 213 registros de especies de fauna y flora, y fue incorporada a la infraestructura institucional de datos del Instituto Humboldt.
