Forschungsdatenmanagement an der Technischen Universität Berlin: Selbstevaluation auf Basis von RISE-DE

Abstract

RISE-DE ist ein Referenzmodell für Strategieprozesse im institutionellen Forschungsdatenmanagement (FDM). Es bietet einen systematisierten Bewertungsrahmen zur Selbstevaluation und Zielbestimmung und kann von Hochschulen als Werkzeug zur strukturierten Strategieentwicklung genutzt werden. An der TU Berlin wurde die Selbstevaluation nach RISE-DE im März 2022 durch die Universitätsbibliothek als koordinierende Stelle des Servicezentrums Forschungsdatenmanagement durchgeführt. Sie erfolgte in einem Stakeholder-orientierten Prozess unter Einbeziehung von vier Bereichen der TU Berlin, die auf institutioneller Ebene mit dem FDM zu tun haben. Aus der Ergebnissen der Selbstevaluation, die in dem Bericht vorgestellt werden, lassen sich zentrale Zielsetzungen für das FDM der TU Berlin ableiten, die im Rahmen der Entwicklung einer Forschungsdaten-Strategie für die TU Berlin in konkrete Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden sollten. Das Referenzmodell kann darüber hinaus als Monitoring-Instrument herangezogen werden, auf dessen Basis die FDM-Strategie der TU Berlin – auch vor dem Hintergrund der dynamischen Entwicklungen im FDM – kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird.
