Abstract

Das Krankheitsbild der Penisdeviation setzt sich im wesentlichen aus der Einschrankung des Koitusvermogens und der Schmerzsymptomatik zusammen und wird somit durch subjektive Beschwerden des Patienten gepragt. Die Autofotografie ermoglicht eine Objektivierung des Grades der Penisdeviation und der erektilen Impotenz [5]. Einen Einblick in die morphologischen Veranderungen des Penis gibt die Sonographie [1, 3, 4]. Die Differentialdiagnose der Penisdeviation schliest die Induratio penis plastica, kongenitale Penisdeviation, Penistrauma und das urethrale Manipulationssyndrom ein, wahrend die erektile Impotenz bei Zustand nach Priapismus eine Sonderstellung unter den mannigfachen Ursachen der Erektionsstorungen einnimmt.
