UNA NUEVA INSTITUCIÓN PARA EL GOBIERNO DE LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE EN ARGENTINA:

Abstract

Este artículo indaga en la creación de una nueva institución para el gobierno de la formación docente en Argentina, el Instituto Nacional de Formación Docente (INFD) y qué lugar construyó en la tarea de restañar lo común. Se sostiene que la formación docente (y su gobierno) se constituyó nuevamente em una pieza clave para esa reconstrucción. Para eso, en primer lugar recorre muy brevemente el panorama y los principales problemas que atravesaban el terreno de la formación docente a fines del siglo XX. En segundo lugar, el proceso de creación del INFD y los aportes y definiciones que incorpora la Ley Nacional de Educación sancionada en 2006 respecto de la formación docente, qué lineamientos establece, cómo se vinculan con las políticas en curso. En tercer lugar, analiza lo que el INFD logró producir así como tensiones y emergentes novedosos. Por último, da cuenta de las nuevas orientaciones puestas en marcha desde 2016 respecto de la Formación Docente y otros modos de abordar lo común. En cada uno de los puntos enumerados aborda cuestiones ligadas a la reconstrucción del sistema formador de docentes y su gobierno, a las instituciones formadoras, a las políticas curriculares y a las políticas estudiantiles entendiendo que en todas ellas también se disputa lo común.
