Abstract

L’un des defis des sciences sociales et humaines est de prendre en compte des conceptions d’identite et de vie alternatives qui se developpent aujourd’hui en dehors des metropoles. En l’occurrence, on peut tracer une ligne directrice qui mene des idees humanistes et des exigences d’etre reconnu comme sujet a part entiere, issues d’une prise de conscience des ‚Caraibes noires‘, aux litteratures actuelles du monde hispanophone et francophone et aux nouvelles theories du vivre ensemble. Quel est l’impact actuel de ces litteratures et de ces theories culturelles, heritieres de la Negritude et du Negrismo, sur le renouvellement d’une pensee humaniste universelle? Voila la question centrale de nos reflexions. Car, pris dans notre epoque de mondialisation, nous nous trouvons plus que jamais confrontes au devoir de reinventer une ethique communautaire et de (re)penser l’humanisme en tant que concept pluriel. Une voie prometteuse semble etre de suivre le modele caraibeen resp. afro-politique de partage dans la diversite du Tout-monde, qui exige d’une part la reconnaissance de l’alterite et qui developpe d’autre part, dans le sillage de l’humanisme classique, l’idee de l’appartenance universelle a une communaute mondiale et plurielle.
