Abstract

Zarcosia batuensis (Werner, 1962), comb. nov. (Figures 1; 2i) Euglenes batuensis Werner, 1962: 125; Type: Bishop Museum (Hawaii, USA); 3 paratypes at the BMNH Zarcosia batuensis (Werner, 1962): unpublished combination in Grzymala, 2016 Type locality. Malaysia: Selangor Darul Ehsan, Gombak District, Batu caves. Distribution. Malaya, Batu caves (Figure 1). Material examined. Malaysia: Selangor Darul Ehsan, Gombak District, Batu caves, Cavern C-Loc. 9 (86 m), Light trap, 10 hrs, (H. E. McClure leg.) 11.VIII.1959 (1 ♀ paratype, BMNH); Selangor Darul Ehsan, Gombak District, Batu caves, Cavern C-Loc. 3, Penny Room (H. E. McClure leg.) 8.XII.1959 (1 ♂ paratype, BMNH).
