“El arenal de Sevilla o el discurso hispalense de Lope de Vega en 1603”

Abstract

Fecha de recepción:­21 ­de­ marzo ­de ­2012. ­Fecha de aceptación:­1­ de ­abril­ de ­2012. En su análisis de El arenal de Sevilla, de Lope de Vega, el autor demuestra cómo esta comedia de capa y espada refleja la realidad social de su tiempo. Al escribir su comedia, Lope deja en evidencia su familiaridad con el discurso hispalense, así como la preocupación que muchos sevillanos entonces tenían al ver la monarquía en manos del valido.
