Abstract

La presente investigación se abocará a analizar el nuevo mecanismo de solución de controversias para los contratos de obra que se ha incorporado por primera vez en la LCE y el RLCE denominado la Junta de Resolución de Disputas, en adelante JRD y conocido internacionalmente como Dispute Board.
