Abstract

AbstractDie Lammsche Differentialgleichung (DG) der Ultrazentrifuge1 wurde für δc/δt ≠ 0 equation image auf experimentellem Wege gelöst. Zur Bestimmung des Konzentrationsverlaufs in der Ultrazentrifugenzelle wurden die Messung des Brechungsindexinkrementes und der UV‐Absorption angewendet. So wurde durch gleichzeitige Bestimmung von Sedimentationsund Diffusionskoeffizienten eine neue Methode zur Absolutbestimmung von Molekularge‐wichten entwickelt.
