Клинико-эпидемиологические особенности течения инвазивных диарей, вызванных Escherichia coli, у детей Запорожской области

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа клинической симптоматики эшерихиозов, вызванных разными серотипами эшерихий у детей, проживающих в Запорожской области в 2010–2016 гг. Зарегистрировано 178 случаев заболевания эшерихиозами у детей в возрасте от 1 месяца до 15 лет, среди которых 104 (57, 14 %) ребенка в возрасте до трех лет. В структуре эшерихиозов у детей старшего возраста преобладали энтероинвазивные (серотипы О124 и О144) и энтеропатогенные (О18 и О44), а у детей первых трех лет жизни — энтеротоксикогенные (О25 и О126, О6) и энтерогеморрагические (О26 и О11) кишечные палочки. Клинически прогноз заболевания благоприятный, тяжелого и осложненного течения не зарегистрировано.
