Abstract

Das MedienLabor am Zentrum für Mediales Lernen (ZML) des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie (KIT) hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Studierende bei der Entwicklung einer digitalen Medienkompetenz zu unterstützen, die speziell das akademische Arbeitsfeld bedient, auf das ein Hochschulstudium hinarbeitet. Alle Aktivitäten zielen darauf ab, Studierende auf eine immer weiter digitalisierte akademische Arbeitswelt vorzubereiten und Rahmen-bedingungen zu schaffen, die eine eigenständige, intrinsisch motivierte und am Fach orientierte Weiterentwick-lung ermöglichen. Dabei setzt das MedienLabor auf eine modulare Förderung, die in verschiedenen Lehrveran-staltungen unterschiedliche Kompetenzdimensionen bedient.
