This report describes MK DASS’s experience with regard to the workflow and challenges of the MK DASS documentation for future integration into EQB. As the purpose of the project was to evaluate, collect, and prepare question-level metadata from selected national and international studies from North Macedonia currently stored at FORS, the report describes the challenges that an archive in an early phase of development faced in performing these tasks. This relates mostly to securing consent from researchers, since MK DASS is not the owner of these data, and does not have a contract with researches for using their data for this or similar purposes. The preparation of question-level metadata was less challenging and was done with the use of the GESIS questionnaire editor.
