Patienten-Compliance in psychosomatischer Sicht

Abstract

Die Patienten-Compliance ist schlechter als vermutet: 40–50% der verschriebenen Medikamente werden nicht eingenommen (Ubersicht mit Lit.: Weber u. Mitarb. 1977; Weber 1980). Bei Langzeitmedikationen ist die Non-Compliance-Rate noch hoher, z.B. bei Hypertonikern 70–90% (Wagner 1976). Das mag damit zusammenhangen, das unterstutzende Verfahren zu wenig zum Therapieschatz gehoren, z. B. Interaktionstechniken und deren Handhabung im Rahmen der Therapie. Man baut auf die Einhaltung von Verordnungen, gibt aber zu wenig Hilfen. Das Therapiekonzept der Psychosomatik beruht wesentlich auf der Herstellung einer realitatsgerechten Arzt-Patient-Beziehung; es besteht hier ein Erfahrungsvorsprung, der zur Verbesserung der Patienten-Compliance beitragen kann.
