Abstract

ABSTRACT Information and communication technologies have collaborated in the development of alternative educational models. That is why the academic training of teachers in virtual platforms, part of the reflective practice of education in this millennium. This research is based on teacher training in the use of the virtual educational platform of the UPEL-IPC from the Theory of Action, assuming that the behavior of the actors responds to "mental models” (Picón, 2006). The paradigmatic construction is conceived from the interpretative, with a phenomenological approach, applying a methodology from the Theory of Action of Argyris and Schön, using for its analysis the ladder of inferences. In Theorization emerged as action strategies for teacher training: basic, pedagogical interactivity and interface.
