معرفی برخی قارچ‌های اندوفیت درختان آلبالو در ایران

Abstract

قارچ­های اندوفیت اغلب برای گیاه مفید هستند و به روش­های مختلف باعث سازگاری گیاهان میزبان با عوامل تنش­زای زنده و غیرزنده می­شوند. به منظور شناسایی برخی قارچ­های اندوفیت در درختان آلبالو (Prunus cerasus)، نمونه‌برداری از اندام­های کاملا سالم گیاه شامل شاخه و برگ در برخی از استان­های ایران صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه، تعداد 176 جدایه اندوفیت قارچی از درختان آلبالو جداسازی شده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. براساس مطالعات ریخت‌شناختی و توالی‌یابی ناحیه ITS از DNA ریبوزومی، 10 گونه قارچی به اسامی Aureobasidium namibiae، A. pullulans، Alternaria multiformis، Botryosphaeria dothidea، Cladosporium tenuissimum، Coniolariella limonispora، Didymosphaeria variabile، Epicoccum nigrum، Lecanicillium muscarium و Neoscytalidium dimidiatum به عنوان قارچ­های اندوفیت از درختان آلبالو در ایران شناسایی شدند که از این میان، گونه Aureobasidium namibiae برای بیوتای قارچی ایران جدید می‌باشد. همچنین، تمامی گونه­های شناسایی شده در این تحقیق به جز گونه A. pullulans برای نخستین بار به عنوان قارچ اندوفیت از درختان آلبالو در دنیا گزارش می‌شوند.
