Depuis 1991, grâce à l'engagement de quelques pionniers qui se sont mobilisés pour mettre en déroute l'échec scolaire, l'Association de la fondation étudiante pour la ville (Afev) «recrute» des étudiants qui assurent bénévolement soutien scolaire et parrainage, en liaison avec les instituteurs, auprès des enfants qui en ont le plus besoin...
