Abstract

The published report of the Virtual Dimension Center Fellbach (VDC) gives answers to the questions where XR methods and technologies are currently used in the cultural and creative industries. It presents the state of the art in context and highlights the possibilities, opportunities and limitations of using VAR technologies for cultural and creative applications.Der veröffentlichte Bericht des Virtual Dimension Centers (VDC) beantwortet die Fragen, wo XR-Methoden und -Technologien aktuell in der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft eingesetzt werden. Er stellt den Stand der Technik im Kontext dar und beleuchtet die Möglichkeiten, Chancen und Grenzen des Einsatzes von VAR-Technologien für Kultur- und Kreativanwendungen.
