Abstract

Under the IDRisk project, EFSA’s grant GP/EFSA/ENCO/2018/03, it was developed a system able to construct dynamic digital forms for sample collection, as a solution to improve data collection, management and interoperability, facilitating data exchange and allowing the competent authorities to substantially enhance their own National Data Management Systems (NDMS). The documents presented here provides information associated with the External Scientific Report: Annex A – Project Action Plan Annex B – Specific Requirements for the New Proposed Solution Annex C – Digital Form Application – Field Test Summary Report Annex D – Sample Registration App – User Manual Annex E – App de Registo de Amostras – Manual de utilização Annex F – List of Dissemination Events and Publications Annex G – Poster: IDRISK – Improving Data Quality for Risk Assessment Annex H – Video: How to create a form (1) Annex I – Video: How to create a form (2)
