Matlab code and data to reproduce statistical analysis and figures from the CAPRIA+S paper, by Thomas W Okell, Joseph G Woods and Mark Chiew, accepted for publication in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, August 2025 (preprint, DOI link). Core Matlab code for CAPRIA signal simulations, image reconstruction and physiological modelling can be found on GitHub and Zenodo.
