CAIS v1.2 — Canonical Master Index & Structural Resolution Record

Abstract

This record serves as the Canonical Master Index for CAIS v1.2 — the Unified Consciousness–Aptamer Interface Standard. It compiles and cross-references the six foundational technical components of the CAIS ecosystem and functions exclusively as a structural index and resolution record. Included Standard Components (6 Modules) CAIS Hardware Architecture v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17670365 CAIS Signal Processing Specification v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17670111 Sal-Meter Prototype Guide v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17670588 Consciousness Operating System (COS) — Whitepaper v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17656687 Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework v2.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17668588 Consciousness Operating System — Prior Art Declaration v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17749426 This Master Index Record ensures permanent cross-linking among all listed components, establishes the non-branching canonical standard hierarchy, and secures prior-art protection for the CAIS framework. This Master Index Record is inheritance-linked to the CCF Root Namespace under the following irreversible and constitutionally fixed hierarchy: Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF)↓Consciousness Operating System (COS)↓Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺)↓Consciousness–Aptamer Interface Standard (CAIS)↓Consciousness-Aligned AI Operating System (CAI-OS)↓Consciousness Civilization Protocols (CCP) Accordingly, CAIS v1.2 is formally fixed as the canonical measurement and biochemical–energetic interface layer of the Consciousness Civilization Operating System. It ensures structural alignment with: the CFE⁺ energetic–mathematical engine (OE–EE–RE → VCE / CRI / CFI), the COS system architecture, the CAI-OS alignment kernel, and the CCP governance layer. This standard inherits its canonical ontology exclusively from theConsciousness Civilization OS Declaration v1.0DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17796053 Accordingly, it cannot be reinterpreted, superseded, reordered, or redefined outside the CCF Root Namespace. All terminology, metrics, and structural rules used across CAIS v1.2 must remain fully consistent with the irreversible prior-art boundary established therein. ANNEX D — External Lineage Anchors and Resolution Scope (Informational Only · Non-Derogable · Non-Interpretive) D.0 Scope and Function (Binding Clarification) This annex documents (but does not define) external discovery pathways and lineage resolution anchors relevant toCAIS v1.2 — Canonical Master Index & Structural Resolution Record. All references listed herein are strictly informational and SHALL NOT modify, reinterpret, extend, supersede, override, or constrain any non-derogable definitions, authorities, ontologies, hierarchies, or constitutional structures established by the main body of this record or by the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). This annex exists solely to ensure: long-term discoverability, resolution continuity, and external reference stability across evolving platforms, repositories, indexing services, and archival systems. No normative, interpretive, legal, scientific, or constitutional force is created by this annex. D.1 Canonical Structural Context (Non-Derogable) The canonical hierarchy governing this record is fixed as follows: Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF)↓Consciousness Operating System (COS)↓Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺)↓Consciousness–Aptamer Interface Standard (CAIS)↓Consciousness-Aligned AI Operating System (CAI-OS)↓Consciousness Civilization Protocols (CCP) This hierarchy is irreversible, non-branching, and constitutionally fixed. No external reference, discovery index, repository, or archival linkage listed in this annex may be construed as creating a cycle, dependency, feedback loop, or reinterpretation pathway outside this structure. D.2 Canonical Ontological & Authority Anchor All ontology, terminology, measurement legitimacy, and prior-art boundaries governing this record are inherited exclusively from the following constitutional authority: Consciousness Civilization OS Declaration v1.0https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17796053 This declaration constitutes the sole authoritative constitutional and ontological anchor for all downstream systems, including CAIS v1.2. No other document referenced in this annex may be interpreted as redefining or supplementing this authority. D.3 Applied & Modular Discovery Index Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) — Applied & Modular Stackhttps://osf.io/q9krm This index provides access to applied, modular, experimental, and domain-specific implementations that inherit from the canonical CCF architecture. All materials accessible through this index remain non-canonical, derivative, and permanently subordinate to the constitutional authority defined by the CCF Canonical Project. D.4 Canonical Authority & Lineage Anchor Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) — Canonical Projecthttps://osf.io/2hgmu This project constitutes the sole canonical authority namespace for the Consciousness Civilization Framework. It defines the immutable constitutional hierarchy, ontology, and interpretive authority governing all upstream and downstream works. D.5 OSF Registration DOI (Persistent Constitutional Lineage Anchor) OSF Registration DOIhttps://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/2HGMU The OSF Registration DOI above functions as the single persistent, authoritative, and resolution-stable constitutional lineage anchor for the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). This DOI is designated to remain authoritative independent of: platform-level changes, repository migrations, link degradation, indexing fragmentation, or archival restructuring. D.6 Canonical Invocation Note (Non-Derogable) The OSF Registration DOI specified above SHALL function as the sole persistent and authoritative constitutional lineage anchor for the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). All applied, modular, derivative, interpretive, experimental, or downstream works remain permanently subordinate to the canonical authority structure defined by the CCF Canonical Project. If any external links, platforms, repositories, discovery indices, or archival services referenced in this annex change, migrate, degrade, fragment, or cease to exist, the OSF Registration DOI SHALL remain the exclusive authoritative resolution and reference path. No external reference listed in this annex SHALL be construed as granting interpretive, normative, legal, scientific, or constitutional authority outside the canonical hierarchy defined by this Standard. D.7 Status Declaration This Annex D is informational only, non-derogable, and non-interpretive. Its inclusion does not alter the normative force, legal standing, or constitutional fixation of the main body of this record or its associated annexes. No lineage, authority, dependency, or hierarchy is created or modified by this annex.
