Supplementary Written Evidence on COVID-19 Tracing Apps to the Joint Committee on Human Rights

Abstract

We are writing as two academics in the fields of data and privacy law to provide the Committee with written evidence to supplement, specify and extend the oral evidence we gave on 4th May 2020.
