Calidad educativa y satisfacción de los estudiantes del programa de estudios de administración de negocios internacionales en el instituto de educación superior Huando, distrito de Huaral, 2020

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre calidad educativa y satisfacción de los estudiantes del programa de estudios de Administración de Negocios Internacionales en el Instituto de Educación Superior Huando, distrito de Huaral, 2020. Material y Métodos: Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, descriptivo, relacional, no experimental de corte trasversal. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario de encuesta en escala tipo Likert, la población estuvo constituida por 127 estudiantes del programa académico Administración y Negocios Internacionales. Resultados: el 71% de los encuestados afirmaron que existe un óptimo nivel de calidad educativa relacionado con el 84% de encuestados que afirmaron un alto nivel de satisfacción del estudiante. Conclusiones: se determinó que existe una relación significativa (p valor = 0,000) entre las variables calidad educativa y satisfacción del estudiante con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,826, indicando un grado de correlación alta, recomendando a los grupos de interés (stakeholders) sobre todo la alta dirección del Instituto de Educación Superior Huando acciones que coadyuven a optimizar la calidad educativa y por consiguiente la satisfacción estudiantil.
