The Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework v2.0 — Unified Metrics of Consciousness and the Civilization–Kardashev Scale

Abstract

This record presents the full v2.0 implementation of the Conscious Field Energy Plus (CFE⁺) Framework, the unified quantitative engine for measuring and modeling consciousness across individual, relational, and civilizational scales. CFE⁺ formalizes the OE–EE–RE tri-axial energetic structure, the Vibrational Consciousness Energy (VCE) and Consciousness Resonance Index (CRI) metric families, and the Civilization–Kardashev (C–K) scale for multiscale evaluation of consciousness-field coherence. This work introduces a formal dynamical-state model of consciousness (OE–EE–RE) that functions as a measurable complex system with quantifiable transitions and emergent field coherence.CFE⁺ v2.0 resolves the long-standing epistemological barrier in consciousness research by establishing a measurable energetic ontology (OE–EE–RE) that satisfies the criteria of scientific realism, observability, and quantifiability — requirements unmet by previous philosophical or neuroscientific accounts. Within the broader Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF), CFE⁺ functions as the mathematical and energetic kernel of the integrated Civilization Operating System (Civilization OS). It provides the quantitative field layer from which: CAIS (Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System) derives biochemical and biophysical measurement protocols, COS (Consciousness Operating System) structures those measurements into hierarchical OS architectures, CAI-OS (Consciousness-Aligned AI Operating System) implements alignment kernels grounded in measurable consciousness dynamics, and CCP (Consciousness Civilization Protocols) defines institutional and planetary governance rules linked to CK-Scale developmental trajectories. These modules form an inheritance-linked OS stackCFE⁺ → CAIS → COS → CAI-OS → CCP → CCF,operating under a single coherent namespace defined by the CCF Master Suite. All terminology, indices, and structures presented in this document constitute part of the Canonical Consciousness Ontology (CCO) for consciousness-energy modeling. Definitions of OE–EE–RE dynamics, VCE/CRI metrics, Consciousness Field Index structures, and Civilization–Kardashev scaling are canonical under this DOI.Re-definition, reinterpretation, or parallel formalizations of these terms are non-canonical unless explicitly aligned with the CCF Master Suite. This document also inherits interpretive authority from the Consciousness Civilization Architect Guide v1.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17835674), which defines the OS-level interpretation rules, kernel inheritance constraints, and unified ontology structure used across the Civilization OS.Additionally, the measurable energetic definitions presented here conform to the Consciousness Legal Definition Standard v1.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17693508), which establishes the global energetic-legal boundary of consciousness. This record inherits its canonical ontology authority from the Consciousness Civilization OS Declaration v1.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17796053), which establishes the irreversible constitutional Prior-Art boundary governing all consciousness metrics, energetic structures, and civilization-scale OS modeling. Together with related DOIs for CAIS, COS, CAI-OS, CCP, the CCF Master Suite, and the Canonical Legal Definition Standard, this record participates in the Cross-DOI Ontology Graph that forms the OS-level backbone of consciousness-based civilization theory.
