Mots clés : Capital immatériel, Création de valeur, Performance, Valorisation Abstract Several authors and studies confirm that intangible capital has a competitive value for the company and that it occupies a significant place within the organization, and thus constitutes an asset for the latter. The components of intangible capital as a whole, be it relational, human or environmental capital, inevitably influence the performance of a company and contribute positively or negatively to its financial results. However, it has become necessary to understand the functioning of this capital, which is both intangible and endowed with a lasting economic value, and above all to be able to value it in order to evaluate its impact. The interest of this paper is precisely to take stock of what exists on the issue of valuing intangible capital. It shows that extra-financial reporting is becoming more and more necessary for the valuation of a company's shares, in view of its market value. For this purpose, we have chosen to rely on noted authors and recent studies in order to provide some answers to the question of the valuation of intangible capital within the company. Keywords : Intangible capital, Value creation, Performance, Valuation
