Las formas apocopadas y sincopadas en Jarrapellejos de Felipe Trigo

Abstract

En este trabajo se pretende hacer un análisis de las formas apocopadas y sincopadas como recurso fonológico de la novela Jarrapellejos, escrita en un lenguaje coloquial-vulgar. La apócope y la síncopa consisten en la supresión de uno o varios sonidos, al final o en el medio, respectivamente, de una palabra. Este estudio nos permitiría poner en manifiesto la utilización de tales formas para copiar y transcribir el color dialectal de los personajes. El empleo de este recurso parece responder al deseo de resaltar la forma peculiar del habla de los interlocutores, en cuyas intervenciones se producen recurrentemente supresiones de sonidos a mitad y sobre todo al final de palabra. Además, se han registrado las consonantes que más sufren este tipo de omisiones en dicha obra.Después de analizar el corpus, hemos podido identificar algunos rasgos relevantes en la novela tratada: a) la eliminación de la /d/ intervocálica, en particular, en las terminaciones de las palabras; b) la desaparición de la consonante final tanto en la sílaba como en las palabras; c) las letras /r/ y /s/, son las que sufren, en mayor medida, la omisión.
