In another contribution at this conference the PS185 threshold decay spectrometer was presented. Beside other observables the polarization has been analyzed independently in the \( \bar pp \to \bar \Lambda \Lambda \) reaction for the kinematically correlated \( \Lambda \prime s{\text{ and }}\bar \Lambda \prime s. \) An apparent difference would signal a CP violating effect in the weak decay parameters a, since CP conservation requires zero for the relative quantity $$ {\text{A = }}\left( {a_\Lambda P_\Lambda + a_{\bar \Lambda } P_{\bar \Lambda } } \right){\text{ / }}\left( {a_\Lambda P_\Lambda - a_{\bar \Lambda } P_{\bar \Lambda } } \right). $$
