Abstract

1. Bei Vergiftung der Leber von Ratten mit Tetrachlorkohlenstoff tritt ein von der Zentralvene nach der Peripherie fortschreitender Schwund der Phosphoamidase ein, der vor allem die CapillarwAnde betrifft. 2. Nach Allylalkoholfutterung werden die periportalen Felder und die LAppchenperipherie geschAdigt, die einen gegen das unbeteiligte Lebergewebe scharf abgegrenzten Verlust der alkalischen Phosphatase zeigen, wAhrend die Phosphoamidase im Cytoplasma der Zellen gAnzlich, in den Kernen nur teilweise schwindet. 3. Die Befunde weisen erneut auf die Bedeutung dysenzymatischer VorgAnge, die die PermeabilitAt der Blutgewebsschranke und den funktionellen Ablauf innerhalb des LeberlAppchens unter pathologischen Bedingungen wesentlich beeinflussen.
