Research Data Management (RDM) is a complex process that involves the coordination and cooperation of multiple stakeholders across different levels and disciplines throughout the research data life cycle. Much like a jigsaw puzzle, RDM requires the assembly of various pieces of knowledge and competencies to achieve its intended objectives. To facilitate the integration of new staff into this process, the Onboarding RDM Checklist serves as an introductory guide that provides them with essential information and knowledge to effectively manage research data in a Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) manner throughout the project lifecycle.
