These sequences can then be searched using BLAST by activating the ‘BLAST’ button at the top left side of the page, or by selecting the features associated with the sequence and/or entering the keyword or sequence name on the right panel of the query page. The search options can be constrained by using Boolean logic, such as AND, OR and NOT. This page also contains options for users to set up their own account to store data they have searched. The sequences matching the criteria set on this page are presented to the users when they activate the ‘Run Query’ button.
