Оценка цитогенетической стабильности в природных популяциях наземных моллюсков (на основе метода ДНК-комет)

Abstract

Методом щелочного гель-электрофореза изолированных клеток (ДНК-комет) была оценена степень повреждения ядерной ДНК в популяциях наземных моллюсков Bradybaena fruticum Mull., Chondrula tridens Mull., Cepaea vindobonensis Fer. и Stenomphalia ravergieri Fer., обитающих в условиях лесостепного ландшафта юга Среднерусской возвышенности. Выявлены свидетельства наличия различий по исследуемым показателям. Отмечается возрастная динамика степени повреждения генетического аппарата. Обсуждаются возможные причины выявленных различий.
