Abstract

Eine grundlegende Annahme der Kunsttherapie ist, dass das Gestaltete etwas mit der*dem Gestaltenden zu tun hat. Sie umfasst verschiedenste psychologische Konstrukte und innere Repräsentanzen, darunter Persönlichkeit, Kreativität sowie klinische Diagnosen. Quantitativ empirisch untersucht wurde diese Hypothese bislang kaum, da quantitative Methoden in der kunsttherapeutischen Forschung eine vergleichsweise junge Geschichte haben. So existieren bislang nur wenige methodische Standards, Paradigmen und genuin kunsttherapeutische Messinstrumente. Dies betrifft insbesondere kunsttherapeutische Grundlagenforschung, die traditionell eher qualitativ ausgerichtet ist. Das Ratinginstrument für zweidimensionale bildnerische Arbeiten (RizbA) leistet an dieser Stelle einen entscheidenden Beitrag. Der Fragebogen erfasst Inhalte einer Formalen Bildanalyse wie Darstellung, Farbe, Form, Raum, Bewegung, Komposition und Ausdruck. Er verfolgt eine objektive Analyse Bildlichen Ausdrucks, ohne Bildmaterial zu deuten oder zu bewerten. RizbA ist ein genuin kunsttherapeutisches Messinstrument, das Gütekriterien wie Objektivität, Validität und Reliabilität erfüllt und als Universaltool eine Vielzahl an Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in Forschung und Praxis bietet.
