Optimum and Quasioptimum Control of Direct Current Positional Electric Drive by Criterion of Minimum Electrical Losses at Weakening of Magnetic Flux

Abstract

Base on the example of the DC motor with magnetic flux weakening the position electric drive optimal profile is considered. The criterion of optimization is a minimum of electric losses in armature winding. The comparative analysis of triangular, parabolic and quasioptimum trapezoidal profiles is carried out. Parameters of the modes “minimum minimorum” and a zone of rational change of acceleration for a variation of movements time are determined. For optimum “parabolic” profiles at magnetic flux weakening there is a limit value of speed determined by the relation of values of a current limitation to load torque. Parabolic profiles can be replaced with some form of their approximation - quasioptimum profiles which can provide execution of the same given relocation for the same time at 12… 24% bigger losses.
