Abstract

Thoracolumbar Spine 3D Meshes: (Part-2) Zip files: Stl files (stl.rar), 9 parts, representing unstructured meshes in stl format for 16807 samples. An excel file (Descriptive_List.xlsx) to number the samples and introduce morphological parameters (PI, PT, SS, LL, SVA, GT, RPV, RLL, LDI, RSA, SSA, SC7D, T1T12, TPA, GAP, IVD Thickness) for each sample. Number of each sample in Descriptive_List.xlsx file is correspondent to the number of samples in stl.rar file. Models are sampled using Statistical Shape Model and 5 shape modes with SD: -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3. 42 non-operated spine models are included to implement Statistical Shape Model. Inclusion criteria: Age: 50 to 75 years old Disease: Sagittal Imbalance Deformity Lumbar Lordosis L1S1 - Pelvic Incidence < -10 ° Pelvic tilt> 20 ° SVA> 5 cm Developed by: Morteza Rasouligandomani (PhD student in biomedical engineering, Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona).
