Research Exhibition "Design Probes" - Deliverable 3.1 (The Innochain Network Journal #2)

Abstract

1 Introduction This deliverable reports on the Workshop-Seminars series 2, which took place in the second year of the Innochain network. In order to provide further insights into the character of the Innochain network programme we have extended the content of the deliverable with reports on the Midterm Review with exhibition and activity reports on the ESRs current work. The Innochain Network Journal #3 Following the description provided in the Innochain Grant agreement and the Innochain Dissemination plan, the format for this deliverable is that of a journal. The journal is structured around chapters that report on the aims, methods and results of the individual training activities. The format is supported by summarising texts, examples of ESR essays and illustrations, that guide the reader and allow an understanding of the differences, connections and synergies between the described activities. The journal doubles as a dissemination tool for running scientific dissemination of network results. The illustrated format is expected to communicate to a wider scientific community and provide them with insights into the methods and results of training activities of the network. It will be disseminated as an e-journal through the Innochain webpage and promoted through social media. The journal will also be promoted at relevant external events and arrangements, as it is promoting the Innochain network. The Innochain Network Journal #3 is structured around three activities: the workshop seminar 2 series, the Midterm Review with a focus on a training environment for interdisciplinary design collaboration, the Midterm exhibition and activity reports by the ESRs. Innochain training activities in Numbers: ● Workshop-Seminar 2.1: 4 ESRs ● Workshop-Seminar 2.2: 6 ESRs ● Workshop-Seminar 2.3: 4 ESRs
