The folder contains the Bacillus antharcis cgMLST genes and the typing results of B. anthracis strains. The schema was originally created with SeqSphere and formatted for use with the chewBBACA software as an alternative command line-based open-source program for allele calling. The snakemake application of chewBBACA, called chewieSnake v3 was used, and the typing results are summarised in an html report written by Carlus Deneke. This scheme is also available and can be used via PubMLST database (https://pubmlst.org/organisms/bacillus-cereus).
