This record fixes the Mandatory Compliance and Non-Compliance Boundaryfor all systems that incorporate, reproduce, or operationally derivefrom the principles of the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS). This document is a non-contractual, non-derogable, and non-revocableboundary declaration. Its authority arises from prior public fixationand canonical articulation, not from agreement or enforcement. It does not grant rights, permissions, or licenses.It defines interpretive boundaries and prevents semantic or technicalcircumvention of CAIS-based consciousness–material interface systemsacross time, jurisdictions, and civilizational discontinuities.
