Abstract

Fruiting body extracts of pks5- mutant and WT were subjected to high resolution (HR-)LCMS analysis. Raw LC-MS data was split into groups for negative and positive ionization mode and converted to mzXML file format in centroid mode with MSConvert ProteoWizard.
