This is the initial release of superimposed viral polymerase structures using the methodology described in A Comprehensive Superposition of Viral Polymerase Structures by Olve Peersen, Viruses 2019 11(8) 745. • The file _All_PDBs_v2.zip contains a single directory with coordinate files for 646 structures taken from 414 PDB entries. • The file Polymerases_v2.zip contains the complete set of files from the superposition, including the _All_PDBs/ directory.
