This is a beta version of the Open Family Policy Program for EU-SILC cross-sectional data. It covers maternity, paternity and parental leave policies in 28 European countries for the years 2018 and 2019. The Open Family Policy Program translates legislation into a (Stata) code. This version of the Program can be combined with EU-SILC cross-sectional data and estimates which respondents would be eligible to various family policies, the duration of benefit payment and the amount of benefits they would be entitled to. Please, read the Methodology Report for more information.
