Abstract

Die 61jährige begeisterte Bergwanderin stellte sich 4 Wochen nach einem Trauma vor. Die sportliche Frau war beim Skilanglauf nach vorne gekippt, das linke Bein war dabei vollständig gestreckt. Dabei ist es zu einer plötzlichen heftigen Dehnung der ischiokruralen Muskulatur links gekommen.
