Abstract

Les cartes de répartition utilisées dans le cadre du projet Hotspots ont été produites à partir de 14 millions de données d'observations (faune et flore) collectées par les naturalistes régionaux, que ce soit dans le cadre d’échantillonnages systématiques ou dans le cadre de programmes de sciences participatives. Ces données d'observations ont été compilées en conservant uniquement, pour chaque espèce, la donnée la plus récente par maille de 1x1km. Dans l'échantillon obtenu, les seules informations attributaires conservées sont l'espèce, l'année d'observation et la localisation dégradée à la maille 1x1km. Ce jeu de donnée comprend les données issues de cet échantillon dont les données sources proviennent du logiciel "Faune Charente-Maritime"
