Iatrogene Demenz?
Eine 82-jährige Hausfrau wurde wegen tremorbetontem Parkinson mit Depression unter anderem mit 25 mg Amitriptylin und 332 mg Biperiden behandelt. Es entwickelte sich eine Demenz mit Dysphasie, MMS von 22/30 und 2/10 im Uhrtest. Nach Absetzen der anticholinergen Medikamente wurde sie im Alltag wieder selbstständig, und ihre psychomatischen Befunde normalisierten sich (MMS 28/30, Uhrtest 10/10).
