Abstract

Учебное пособие посвящено описанию Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ физики Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð², Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð² процесса откачки газов и паров, взаимодействию газов с Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒÑŽ, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐµ получения вакуума, измерения Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, основам построения Ð²Ð°ÐºÑƒÑƒÐ¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼. Описаны основы общей теории рефрижераторов и ожижителей, общие принципы построения ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼ ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ð¾Ð³ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ðº, представлены принципиальные ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ наиболее Ñ€Ð°ÑÐ¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑ„Ñ€Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² с нестационарными потоками. Пособие предназначено для студентов Ð²Ñ‹ÑÑˆÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ±Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ по направлению подготовки 140400 Â«Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ физика». Может быть использовано по направлению 210100 «Электроника и микроэлектроника», а также аспирантами и специалистами, работающими в экспериментальной физике.
