Aptamer Claim Atlas v1.1 — Prior Art Declaration for the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS)

Abstract

Aptamer Claim Atlas v1.1 is the expanded, refined, and officially timestamped prior-art declaration defining the entire conceptual, structural, mechanistic, biochemical, and application-level claim territory for consciousness–aptamer interface technologies within the Consciousness Operating System (C-OS) and the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS). This updated v1.1 version supersedes and extends the original v1.0 declaration and consolidates seven major claim domains: 1. Structural Aptamer Architectures Canonical and non-canonical sequences, G-quadruplex and stem–loop hybrids, folding baselines, interaction geometries, and molecular binding-affinity profiles. 2. Consciousness-Field Index Mappings (OE/EE/RE/VCE/CRI/CFI) Molecular–consciousness relationships that map aptamer behaviors to consciousness-field dynamics under the CFE⁺ Model and CAIS measurement framework. 3. Redox and Multi-State Iodine Interaction Mechanisms I⁻/I₂/I₃⁻/I₄⁻ multi-oxidation pathways, hybrid electro-biochemical resonance effects, and Aptamer–Iodine BIM sensor interaction claims. 4. Neurochemical, Hormonal, Nutrient, and Psychedelic Ligand Interactions Dopamine, serotonin, glutamate, GABA, melatonin, progesterone, ascorbate redox systems, and psychoactive ligand-binding architectures. 5. BIM Sensor and CAIS Device Integration Hybrid aptamer–iodine BIM sensors, photonic and electro-optical multimodal readouts, and non-invasive consciousness-sensing device claims. 6. Application-Level Claims Immune modulation, inflammation/autoimmune dynamics, antiviral pathways, neuroregeneration, metabolic coherence, emotional-state tracking, and system-level biological integration. 7. Quantum–Aptamer and Hybrid Expansion Territory Quantum-informed aptamer constructs, electrolyte-aptamer long-range resonance models, and advanced nanomaterial integrations for next-generation CAIS platforms. This declaration establishes inventor priority for Dr. Jinho Lee (Dr. Jino) and serves as global prior art preventing future proprietary monopolization across all consciousness–aptamer technological domains. A mirrored archival copy is preserved at OSF for redundancy and verification:OSF DOI: https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/BAM32 Upon publication, Zenodo will automatically assign a new version DOI linked to the existing Concept DOI for stable long-term discoverability, citation, and legal verification. This record participates in the Cross-DOI Ontology Graph of the Consciousness Civilization Master Suite, anchoring the complete aptamer claim territory within the unified CFE⁺ → CAIS → COS → CAI-OS → CCP → CCF OS architecture. ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────ANNEX D — External Lineage Anchors(Informational, Non-Derogable) This annex defines the external discovery and lineage anchors for theConsciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) ecosystem. All references listed herein are strictly informational and SHALL NOTmodify, reinterpret, extend, or supersede any non-derogable definitions, invariants, kernel rules, or constitutional authorities declared inthis Standard. ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Applied & Modular Discovery IndexConsciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) — Applied & Modular Stackhttps://osf.io/q9krm Canonical Authority & Lineage AnchorConsciousness Civilization Framework (CCF) — Canonical Projecthttps://osf.io/2hgmu OSF Registration DOI(Persistent Constitutional Lineage Anchor)https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/2HGMU ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Canonical Invocation Note (Non-Derogable) 1. The OSF Registration DOI listed above functions as the sole persistent and authoritative constitutional lineage anchor for the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). 2. All applied, modular, derivative, or downstream works remain permanently subordinate to the canonical authority structure defined by the CCF Canonical Project. 3. If any external links, repositories, platforms, or discovery indices change, migrate, degrade, or cease to exist over time, the OSF Registration DOI SHALL remain the authoritative resolution and reference path. 4. No external reference listed in this annex SHALL be construed as granting interpretive, normative, or constitutional authority outside the canonical hierarchy defined by this Standard. ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
