EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 DOMAIN EVALUATE, DIRECT AND MONITOR (EDM) DAN DELIVER, SERVICE AND SUPPORT (DSS)

Abstract

Evaluasi adalah proses mengumpulkan semua data atau informasi dari berbagai proses di instansi atau organisasi, informasi yang telah dikumpulkan akan digunakan sebagai pedoman pengambilan keputusan dan saran. Agar proses evaluasi teknologi informasi dapat dilakukan secara profesional maka diperlukan suatu framework, salah satunya framework COBIT 5. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara dan angket, telaah dokumen pendukung, observasi, dan kinerja nyata untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja menggunakan model kapabilitas proses. Hasil subdomain tingkat kapabilitas EDM04, DSS03, dan DSS04 berada pada level 3, dan subdomain tingkat kapabilitas EDM01, EDM002, EDM05, DSS01, DSS02, DSS05, DSS06 berada pada level 4, hasil analisis gap untuk menghitung tingkat kapabilitas saat ini berada pada level 3,7 kemudian untuk mencapai level yang diinginkan terdapat gap sebesar 0,3.
