200 SNP battery in Newhybrids format

Abstract

DAT text file (newhybrid input format) containing the genotypes used for population genomics analysis. The file contains the genotypes of 200 polymorphic SNPs typed in 240 individuals with 2bRAD, 40 from each of the 6 population samples. The sample order is Flatanger, Austevoll, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Strömstad, Kungsbacka. Individual order follows order in Sampleinfo_metadata.txt file.
