Abstract

The dataset contains information about biological observations which were done by teachers and students of biological class (Moscow school #179). The biological class is under the patronage of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. Observations include botanic, zoology and hydrobiology parts. The original dataset is available on the website of Moscow shool#179 (http://biobase.179.ru/). It is consisted of photos and short videos of biological objects, and also includes that sort of information: species, classification, sex (if possible), age (if possible) and some interesting observations about object, as well as geographic coordinates of finding. The major part of the data represents the European part of Russian Federation; areas covered also include Armenia, Israel and Greece.
