network for monitoring local seismicity in the federal state of Bavaria, Germany. Two main areas are denser populated with isntruments: Mt Hochstaufen near Bad Reichenhall (northern Alps), known for its swarm quakes triggered by rain fall and Marktredwitz also a swarm quake area with fluid flow from lower crust. Most of the stations are equipped with Lennartz Le3D 1Hz instruments. Parts of the network has now changed to Trillium compact 120 sensors. Samplingrate is uniform over the network at 200 Hz
