Abstract

Пособие соответствует государственному образовательному стандарту дисциплины "Теория, инструмент и оборудование обработки металлов резанием" направлений бакалаврской подготовки 551800 "Технологические машины и оборудование" и 552900 "Технология, оборудование и автоматизация машиностроительных производств". Пособие содержит необходимые сведения о кинематике и наладке металлорежущих станков, относящихся к группе зубообрабатывающих. Приведены кинематические схемы зубофрезерного и зубодолбежного станков, зубофрезерного полуавтомата для обработки конических зубчатых колес с прямым зубом. Рассмотрена специфика кинематической настройки станков для обработки эатылованного инструмента. Предназначено для студентов четвертого и пятого курсов механико-машиностроительного факультета, изучающих дисциплины "Теория, инструмент и оборудование обработки металлов резанием" и "Металлорежущие станки, автоматы и станочные комплексы" в рамках бакалаврской и магистерской подготовки, а также для студентов ВФТАП.

Печатается по решению редакционно-издательского совета Санкт-Петербургского государственного технического университета.
